Todd Oates brings extensive workers’ compensation and other civil litigation experience to our firm. With James C. Ayers Office, he was the Office Administrator and a legal assistant, dealing extensively with Court personnel and opposing counsel to coordinate trial schedules. Besides workers’ compensation, he has worked with personal injury and family law cases throughout his career.
At Monast Law Office, he assists with the daily operations of the office, including corresponding with clients, BWC representatives and physicians’ offices, and filing Alternative Dispute resolution (ADR) appeals when a client’s treatment and/or medication are denied.
Todd was born and raised in Chillicothe, Ohio. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, he spends his spare time contributing to several online music databases and building his own music and book collections.
